Holcombe Corp Service & Warranty Return/Refund Policy
At Holcombe Corp, we are committed to providing dealership-level diagnostics and precision repair with total transparency. Our unique service model is designed to save you money and time by bringing the shop directly to your door. To maintain our competitive rates and expert focus, we operate under the following policies:
1. Parts Procurement & Ownership
To ensure you receive the best possible pricing, parts are typically supplied by the customer. This allows you to avoid the standard 50–100% markups found at traditional repair shops.
Expert Assistance: If you are unsure which part to acquire, we provide professional guidance to help you order the exact components needed for a successful repair.
Returns: Because Holcombe Corp does not sell or inventory physical parts, we do not accept returns. All part returns, exchanges, or core credits must be handled directly through your chosen parts supplier.
2. Our Ironclad Labor Warranty
We stand behind the precision of our work. Your investment in our expertise is protected by a 1-Year Labor Warranty.
The Guarantee: We guarantee that all customer-supplied parts will be installed correctly, following strict manufacturer specifications and diagnostic protocols.
Technical Integrity: If a repair fails due to an installation error within one year of service, we will return to correct the issue at no labor cost to you.
3. Part Failures & Liability
While we guarantee our craftsmanship, Holcombe Corp does not warrant the parts themselves. * Component Failure: In the event a part fails due to a manufacturer defect or premature wear, the warranty must be sought through the part manufacturer or retailer.
Associated Labor: Labor costs associated with replacing a defective customer-supplied part are not covered under our warranty.
The Holcombe Value: By separating labor from parts, you only pay for the master-level skill and diagnostic accuracy required to get your vehicle back on the road correctly the first time.
